The program starts with our in-depth Pathfinder Career Testing Program, which you can read about elsewhere on this site. It continues through a series of consulting appointments, usually conducted by telephone for your convenience, designed to move you through a step-by-step process leading to a final decision on the type of business you will start or buy. Between sessions you have assignments that move you forward toward the final decision. We are not accountants, lawyers or financial experts so we can't help you decide if a specific business you are thinking of buying is viable or not. What we can do, however, is help you choose a business that fits you perfectly.

We know a former lead instructor at the Navy's Top Gun fighter pilot school who retired and decided to buy a temporary-employment franchise, thinking it was the perfect choice. Instead of working with gifted, gung-ho pilots who were the best in their field, he now had to deal with people who sometimes could not even be trusted to show up at their job assignments.
