The Career Choice Program is a complete career design process for people who want to choose a new career direction that fits them perfectly. It is the only complete program we know of for people seeking the highest levels of personal satisfaction, meaning, success and self-expression in their careers.

What is the Career Choice Program?

Goal of the Program

Rather than the usual “career exploration” that is the goal of most career counseling, clients use the Career Choice Program to go beyond exploration and design their future careers. For most clients, the goal is to decide exactly what they will do with their lives. The vast majority achieve this goal.

How Long Does the Career Choice Program Take?

Many clients take two to three months to complete the program. Some go faster, some take longer. The length of the program is based on your individual situation and how quickly you are able to sort out some of the pieces of the puzzle. Some clients, with an urgent need to make decisions in a hurry, take as little as three weeks, but this is not common. You have up to one year to finish the program.

Where Does the Program Take Place?

We have clients all over the globe. Most clients do the program in the privacy of their home. Sessions are conducted by telephone unless you live in or travel to the Washington, D.C. area. Most Rockport clients live outside our local area. Although some people believe that in-person coaching is an absolutely essential ingredient, in fact what is most important is to engage in a process that will actually get you to your goal. There is no difference in the effectiveness of the program whether done from a distance or in-person.

Because the Career Choice Program involves an ongoing coaching relationship leading to important decisions about your future, it is important to make sure there is a good fit between the program and your goals and expectations. The fee for the Career Change or Career Choice Program is $3900.

We also offer a sliding fee scale to make the program affordable for people in a variety of circumstances.

Other Costs

The only other costs to you are return postage when you send your testing package back to us and long-distance telephone charges you incur when you call us for your telephone appointments.  There may be a reasonable, additional fee to cover express delivery charges or postage to some parts of the world.
