Because when do things our brains are good at and our brains like doing (our natural aptitudes), we’re happy. We’re challenged. We’re excited. We’re successful.
Conversely, when we work in a job that doesn’t use our natural aptitudes, we’re demotivated. We’re bored. We’re drained. We.re stifled. We know we need a change, but we don’t know how to choose a more meaningful, joyful job.
The Pathfinder Career Design Method begins with the Pathfinder Aptitude Assessment, and then uses the assessment results — plus an in-depth exploration of their values and needs — to help a person to choose their career.
Based on the most advanced research in human behavior, the Pathfinder Aptitude Assessment delivers consistent, accurate & objective results about 13 inherent natural skills and strengths (aptitudes). There are no “good” or “bad” results; the test simply offers data about one’s brain’s natural way of working and thinking.
Other tests, like the Jung, 16 personalities, Kolbe, and Clifton Strengths, focus on personality, learning styles, or group strengths.
These assessments are useful for identifying specific organizational roles but don’t offer an objective, comprehensive perspective essential for long-term career planning.
Does not require any knowledge of professions or careers. It provides accurate results whether you've just graduated from high school or have had a successful career as a senior executive.
Assume participants have some knowledge or experience in the working world. If someone has never worked before or isn’t familiar with other job roles, these tests won’t provide valuable direction.

You will receive extensive training on administering the test, interpreting the test results, and running a meaningful feedback session with clients.

As a skilled detective, you will help clients clarify their likes, interests, values, dreams, and goals. You will also learn when, how and where to use additional personality tests to gain deeper insights.
Guide, align , and inform
It’s time to put all the puzzle pieces together. Drawing on your relevant life experiences, professional network, and industry knowledge, you will empower your client to confidently make an informed and accurate career choice.
Each week you will be required to watch the assigned recorded videos.. This is a requisite for partaking in the live group session.
You will work with 5 case study clients, taking them through the Pathfinder Career Design Method from start to finish with Shaina’s supervision and guidance.
A live session will take place every week. You will prepare have the opportunity to present to the group. Your instructor and group members will offer feedback and ask questions. These sessions include mock sessions, role-plays, dialogues, and live coaching.
In addition to the formal coursework, you will receive extensive support, interaction and guidance from your facilitator and peer group.
Regular office hours ensure you can easily access your facilitator throughout the program. Personalized guidance from your trainer allows you to ask questions, clarify concepts, and get support with your coursework.
