This is an online certification for purpose-driven professionals to learn how to use the Pathfinder Career Design Method^(TM).

Designed for experienced, self-motivated professionals, the certification program trains you to administer the Pathfinder Aptitude Assessment and interpret the results to help clients make successful career choices.

10 pre-recorded high-level content modules.

20+ hours of in-depth, live online training on the Pathfinder Career Design Method including group presentations, role plays, and critiques.

Work with 5 case study clients using the Pathfinder Career Design Method and receive supervision and guidance throughout.

Submissions of detailed summaries for all case studies

Live feedback group session with your trainer for feedback on your case studies.

Extensive support, collaboration, and community.

Who is this training for?

This application-only training is designed for individuals with the experience, job and/or aptitudes to succeed as a career consultant. We screen all applicants to ensure they’re suited to the program and will get long-term value from the certification.

While most of our consultants have a coaching, counseling, or HR background, it is not a requirement. If you have rich life experience, a deep commitment to helping people, and a desire to build a lucrative, meaningful career, you can apply here.

Charge market rates for professional aptitude testing and career guidance; ranging from $500/single session to $5000/package of several sessions.

Join a paid professional mastermind where you can get referrals, get direct support from trainers, and attend monthly supervision sessions.

Application Process

Our careful application and vetting process ensures all participants have the aptitude, personality, and motivation to succeed as career consultants.

Do you work for a school or non-profit organization? We offer a limited number of nonprofit scholarships at 50% off the course fee for anyone interested in signing up through an organization. Please note, this is only applicable if the NPO is covering the course fees, and If you plan to use your Rockport Certification exclusively under the auspices of the organization.
